This fish sauce is produced by fresh anchovy fish from Phu Quoc island and sea salt.
Ingredients: Anchovy(48%), salt, water, flavour enhancers: E627, E631, sweetener: E950.
Usage: excellent for dipping, cooking Asean foods or can be used as a seret ingredient for Italian foods such as spaghetti, pasta
Storage: keep in cook, dry place. Cover the lid tight after open.
